January 2 - Resolved

I never usually make New Years resolutions..and if I do I rarely stick to them. This year though I have. Three seemingly simple ones that I know I am going to struggle with but I am determined to see them through.

The first is TO DO WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY. I spend to much of my time worrying about what others will think..this year I am going to forget about what others think...if I am happy then that's what counts.

The second is TO CONTINUE ON WITH MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY AND FITNESS PLAN. I have lost 3kg in the past 6 weeks. I have set a short term goal to at (or as close to) 90kg by Easter. I also want to keep working at my fitness training.

The third (and the one I will struggle most with) TO LET GO OF THE NEGATIVITY! I am hoping that by being positive here will help with that.
